Preparation
Hot
Whisk 2g of matcha into 40ml of water at approximately 75°C until a light foam forms. Then add 200ml of water or milk of your choice.
Iced
Whisk the matcha with water, pour over ice, and add 200ml of water or milk.
Add maple syrup or your preferred sweetener if desired.

Chaud
Fouetter 2 g de matcha dans 40 ml d'eau à environ 75°C jusqu'à l'obtention d'une mousse légère. Ajouter ensuite 200 ml de lait de votre choix.
Glacé
Fouetter le matcha avec l'eau, verser sur des glaçons et ajouter 200 ml de lait.
Ajouter du sirop d'érable ou votre sucrant préféré au besoin.
